These Terms & Conditions apply to staff and instructors enrolled in the Twirling Princess Staff Notifications SMS program. Twirling Princess provides centralized scheduling and operational communications for its instructor and staff network and is the registrant for this SMS program.
All operational communications at Twirling Princess — class assignments, substitution requests, scheduling updates, studio closures, timesheet and certification reminders, and any other work-related matters — are delivered through email and Slack, which are the official channels of record for the business.
This SMS program is a supplemental, optional convenience. It exists solely so that instructors and staff who personally prefer text messages may receive a mirrored copy of the same operational notices on their phone. Nothing is delivered exclusively by SMS; every notice sent by SMS is also sent by email and/or Slack. No staff member needs to enroll in SMS in order to perform their job, receive their schedule, or be informed of any work-related matter.
Staff enroll in the supplemental SMS program by completing the SMS notifications consent form (name, mobile number, and affirmative consent checkbox, unchecked by default). The consent form is publicly viewable at twirlingprincess.com/sms-consent.html.
Enrollment in this SMS program is entirely voluntary and is not a condition of employment, hiring, continued employment, scheduling priority, pay, or access to any service provided by Twirling Princess. Staff who do not opt in continue to receive all of the same operational information — including schedules, substitution requests, studio closures, and administrative reminders — by email and Slack, which are the official channels of record. SMS is offered solely as an additional personal convenience for staff who prefer text messages, and no information delivered by SMS is withheld from, or unavailable to, staff who do not opt in.
Declining SMS enrollment, or revoking SMS consent at any time, has no effect on a staff member's employment, pay, hours, scheduling, or standing with Twirling Princess. Email and Slack delivery continues unchanged.
Message frequency varies based on scheduling needs and typically ranges from 1 to 5 messages per week.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

SMS messages are sent under the Twirling Princess brand and may relate to any studio location operationally supported by Twirling Princess.
